Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo Period is from July 05, 2010 to December 03, 2010.
2. For every single cash receipt purchase worth P 300.00 of products and services from Computer Store, Inc. within the

promo period from any Computer Store Inc. branches nationwide, entitles customer to one raffle coupon.
3. The customers will automatically be given raffle coupon/s by the store cashier upon making the necessary purchase.
4. Customer to fill up the raffle coupon with complete Name, Address, Tel. No., O.R. No., Branch Name, and affix

Signature and drop in the designated drop boxes at the branch of purchase.
5. Deadline of submission of entries is on December 05, 2010, 6:00 pm.
6 Draw Date is on December 08, 2010, 1:00 PM at Computer Store, Inc. at No. 19 Brixton St., Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig

City, Metro Manila. Prizes are two (2) Olympus T100 digicam, two (2) Creative ZEN Mozaic 8Gb Mp3 Player, ten (10)

pieces CSI Gift Certificate, ten (10) pieces Kingston DT101C/2GB Flash Drive.
7. Winners will be notified via registered mail.
8. Participants can only win once, If a name is drawn more than once, he or she gets the higher prize. Prizes are not

convertible to cash.
9. To. claim prize, winner must bring the claim stub, notice and Official Receipt of Computer Store, Inc. and any of the

following - Passport/Voters ID, Drivers License/PRC ID, Office ID/School ID, SSS, TIN, GSIS ID with Photo and

Seaman's book ID/Senior citizen and Altered or unreadable documents will not be accepted.
10. Prizes can be claimed at Computer Store Inc. at no. 19 Brixton St., Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City and look for Mr.

Romulo Rosario or Ms. Marilou Saguban. Prizes for provincial winners can be claimed from the Branch Manager at

the branch of purchased. If claimed by representative, bring authorization letter and valid id’s (refer to No. 8).
11. Prizes not claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification will be forfeited with prior approval from DTI-NCR.
12. Employees of Computer Store, Inc., JRS Express, & Imperial Express Service Corporation and their relatives up to

the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promotion.
