PROMO Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from June 16, 2008 to September 30, 2008.

  2. Purchases should be made within the promo period from any of the following participating Computer Store, Inc. branches: Alabang, Allegro, Jollibee Plaza and Herrera.

  3. A minimum of Php=300.00 single cash receipt worth of services availed during the promo period (June 16, 2008 to September 30,2008) qualifies for one (1) raffle entry.

  4. Customer shall fill up the raffle coupon with complete name, address, telephone no. and affix signature and drop in drop boxes located at participating Computer Store, Inc. branches.

  5. Deadline for submission of entries is on September 30, 2008 at all Computer Store, Inc. participating outlets.

  6. The raffle draw will be held on October 2, 2008 at Computer Store, Inc. Head Office, #19 Brixton St., Bgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City at 6:00pm under the supervision of a DTI representative.

  7. The winner will be notified via registered mail.

  8. The winner may claim the prize at Computer Store Inc. Head Office , #19 Brixton Street, Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig City. To claim the prize, winner must present claim stub, Official Receipt of Computer Store, Inc., a valid ID and the registry notice.

  9. Prizes are TAX free.

  10. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within the period shall be forfeited with prior approval from the DTI.

  11. Employees of Computer Store, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

     

Trip for two (2) to Boracay includes the following: (a) economy- class roundtrip airfare via Asian Spirit (Manila-Caticlan-Manila); (b) 3 Days/2 Nights Hotel Accommodation; (c) Roundtrip land and boat transfer via Caticlan.


Travel date must be booked and ticketed on or before October 15, 2008 through Computer Store, Inc. Head Office, tel. #747-8376 c/o Marilou Saguban (Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm).
 

Travel date should be within October 16, 2008 – December 15, 2008 / January 16, 2009 to February 28, 2009 / May 16, to June 15, 2009 and shall be based on the availability of Asian Spirit flight and hotel accommodation.
 

The winner and his/her designated companion shall be responsible for their travel-related documents, clearances, expenses, and airport/terminal fee.
 

Prizes are fully transferable but not convertible to cash.
