Fill up the raffle coupon with your complete Name, Address, Tel. No., O.R. No., Branch Name, and affix Signature and drop in the designated drop boxes at the branch of purchase. 3. Deadlines of submission of entries is on December 04, 2009, 6:00 pm. 4 Draw Date is on December 11, 2009 1:00 PM at Computer Store, Inc. at No. 19 Brixton St., Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Metro Manila. 5.
